Dear Linus Christopher,

Serenity's data is updated regularly from its vendor. So stocks generally become available on Serenity as soon as they are listed by the data vendor.

The Nikola Corporation (NKLA) merger was announced about ten days ago, on June 3rd. So NKLA has not yet been listed by the data vendor.

Since most online vendors get their data from similar sources, it is unlikely that data for NKLA will be available elsewhere either.

Additionally, considering that NKLA is newly listed, it's unlikely that it will clear any set of Graham's rules. Even the NCAV grade, which is Graham's least restrictive grade, requires an EPS (TTM) at a minimum.

Lastly, please note that both Warren Buffett and Benjamin Graham advise caution when investing in New Issues and IPOs.

Please note that Nikola Corporation (NKLA) has been available since August 2020.
