Selling Helmerich & Payne, Inc

Serenity,

Would it be appropriate to sell HP now? It has recently crossed it's Graham number, which could mean sell, but I don't see another qualifing defensive stock at this time. I already own HFC.

Would it be wiser to watch the dividends and company operations(Chap. 8, Int. Invest.) and hold the stock for the long-term, particularly because HP announced a special dividend? Is selling or holding in this situation a matter of preference?
